Transition Plan for TF40 Series Tube Facing Tools
Change effective date: April 25th, 2022
The TF40 series tube facing tool is being discontinued by the current supplier and will be replaced with the TF48 series. This change does not impact function, but the TF48 series tool will look different as shown in the images below. The TF48 series covers an expanded tube size range of 1/4 to 3 in. and 6 to 76 mm compared to 1/4 to 2 1/2 in. and 6 to 63 mm range of the TF40 series. As a result, the TF48 series will have its own unique set of collets.
