Raw material supplier, Outokumpu, undergoes name change.

Change effective date: January 2023

Description of Change: On July 12, 2022, Outokumpu announced the divestment of the majority of its Long Products raw material business to Marcegaglia. As of January 3, 2023, that divestment to Marcegaglia Group is complete. Outokumpu Stainless Bar, LLC is renamed Marcegaglia Stainless Richburg, LLC. Outokumpu provides stainless bar to Swagelok Company and our existing relationship will remain unchanged through this transition. There is no expected change to the supply chain or qualification of the products supplied to Swagelok. Effective immediately, raw material certification packages may have the Marcegaglia Group logo.
