Changes to DRP Series Diaphragm Valve Injection Molded Components

Change effective date: February 3, 2023

Description of Change: In the spirit of continuous improvement and quality, we are updating the DRP series injection molded components to improve the injection molding process. The mold updates may result in visual changes for all DRP size offerings (DRP4, DRP8, and DRP16) but do not affect the valve function. Examples of these changes include changes to molding gates, coring, ribbing, drafts, and radii as well as the one-quarter inch, 3-way pneumatically actuated hole plugs being reduced to match the 2-way hole plugs. These non-wetted polypropylene components are listed in the Materials of Construction table of the DRP series catalog, MS-02-171. These running changes will begin in the next 30 days. During the transition, shipments may contain both versions until stock has been depleted.
