AbT Fittings Update
Update to 1/4" and 6mm Assembly-by-Torque (AbT) Fittings- Notification of Change
The 1/4 in. and 6 mm sizes of the Assembly-by-Torque (AbT) fitting have been updated to utilize the patented dynamic zone in the nut design to provide customers a more readily available product and design consistency among all of the AbT fitting sizes. This update complements the prior launch of the 3/8 and 1/2 in., and 8, 10, and 12 mm sizes announced in 2017. All sizes are approved to NGV 3.1, ISO 15500, and ECE-R110.
